Terms of Service

Effective: August 23, 2026

These terms govern access to FortiSPY. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them for yourself and your organization.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to contract and authorized to bind your organization. You may operate FortiSPY only on devices you own or are legally authorized to manage.

2. Accounts

Keep credentials secure, use accurate information and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for users, devices and settings under your organization account.

3. Lawful and transparent use

You are responsible for identifying a lawful basis, giving users clear notice, obtaining consent where required, consulting representatives where applicable, and configuring collection proportionately. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Plan limits, prices and retention are shown at checkout. Unless recurring billing is explicitly enabled and disclosed, renewal requires a new payment. Fees exclude taxes. Except where law requires otherwise, used subscription periods are non-refundable.

5. Customer data

You retain rights in customer data and instruct us to process it to provide the service. You warrant that you have all required rights and notices.

6. Service changes

We may improve or modify features and will use reasonable efforts to notify paying customers of material reductions.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful surveillance, abuse or material breach. You may stop using the service and request deletion, subject to legal retention.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not legal, human-resources or cybersecurity advice. Before launch, counsel should add governing law, dispute venue, warranty exclusions, liability cap and mandatory local terms.
